Favorite shot from this shoot.

This is my third time shooting these guys and seem to have more and more success with every shoot. When they contact me its usually pretty last minute and we have to throw an idea or location together on the fly. So far they have all worked in our favor. The last shoot i did with them landed a photo in Alt Press magazine and i have high hopes for this go around as well.

Shoot was a little rocky twards the end. Leica battery died, wireless trigger started to bug out, strobe batteries died…. the list goes on. Ended up using a nikon D60 to finish the shoot. It is odd shooting with a rangefinder for the last month then using a DSLR. I will remember to always double check my batteries next time ;)

Photo: Had a new addition to my every growing family and was delighted to do some shots for my cousins.

This is Blake and Graham. Graham is a little sleeper and Blake is quite the talker. If he isn’t praying to God for a new monster truck, or chasing my daughter around, he is usually seeing what his new little brother is up to.

Wilderness Anna.

Had such a wonderful time photographing my daughter out in the woods. She is so fun to watch and i love capturing every moment of her life. These photos turned out better than i could have imagined and i cannot wait to get the film back from this as well.

As you can tell she is a little stick collector and seems to always fill both hands with as much as she can hold.

Was home over Easter break and got a chance to do some shots of my little sister. She was asking me a few days prior if we could do some photos. Had a good time for what little time and space we ended up having. Shot this set in my neighbors yard in front of this wooden fence. 

I have been really getting a good grasp of this whole digital rangefinder realm and i am very excited to keep expanding my love and knowledge of it.

A lot of stuff has been going on lately. I am currently editing and scanning through a few different shoots. I am excited to share all of the work i have been doing.
